What is your minimum spend?

Our minimum spend is usually £200-£250.

What materials do you keep in stock?

We keep a large stock mild steel and aluminium sheets, box section, angle and some tube/rod. We also have stock of polished gold, brushed gold, stainless steel, and polished rose gold/copper stainless steel sheets as well as some brass sheets.

Can you paint or powder coat?

We can spray in-house and have a dedicated spray booth and can match all RAL colours. We can also paint in real metal coatings, so we can turn steel and aluminium surfaces into brass/copper/gold. We outsource all the powder coating to a local company and can be turned around quite quickly.

What is your usual lead time?

Standard lead times for metal fabrication is around 2-3 weeks from artwork sign off for smaller projects, some simple smaller jobs maybe turned around in only a few days.

Do you offer a metal sheet cutting service?

Yes we have a 3m guillotine.

What are standard metal sheet sizes in the UK?

2500 x 1250mm.

What is the standard length of box section in the UK?

5-6m.
